Overview

The Arino Bio Team Feature allows you to collaborate effectively by inviting members to operate under the same account. This feature is ideal for teams working together on bio pages, shortened links, and QR codes, enhancing your collaborative efforts.

How to Use the Team Feature

Inviting Team Members

To add a user to your team, follow these steps:

Navigate to the Team Section:

  • Go to the Team tab in your Arino Bio dashboard.

Enter the Member's Email:

  • Input the email address of the user you wish to invite.

Choose Permissions:

  • Select the appropriate permissions for the new member. Please note that team members have access to specific permissions only.

Send Invite:

  • Click on the Send Invite button to send an invitation to the user.

Accepting Invitations

Once the invitation is sent:

  • The invited user will receive an email notification with the invitation.
  • If they don’t have an Arino Bio account, they can create one by following the instructions in the email.
  • If they already have an account, they will need to log in to access the invitation.

Permissions

Please note that team members are granted only select permissions based on the roles defined by the team leader. This ensures that collaboration remains efficient and secure.
